As part of the Belmont University School of Business Administration, the Scarlett Leadership
Institute has as its goal to be the premier provider of ethical leadership and management development. It aspires to promote and support positive behavioral change among leaders through a variety of offerings.  

Our programs model a "learn it today, apply it tomorrow" mindset where students and organizations are encouraged to learn not only from world class leaders, but from each other. The Leadership Series

The institute's Leadership Series is for those individuals and organizations focused on developing their leadership skills throughout their career.

SURVIVAL SKILLS FOR NEW MANAGERS creates a foundation for leaders early in their career as new responsibilities for team management and leadership become part of their every day experience.

LEADERSHIP ESSENTIALS is for Mid-Level Managers currently managing teams of associates and needing additional leadership development as their roles grow in negotiation, strategy, and leading change management within their organization.

SIGNATURE EXECUTIVE PROGRAM is for Vice Presidents or those on their way to the VP or Senior Leader level within their organization. This program offers a unique leadership experience for the next generation of business leaders.
